採訪泰國圍棋教父 蔡緒鋒先生 訪談大綱

一、                 當初開始發展泰國的圍棋，從零開始，到目前已經十五年了。這十五年前是怎麼開始的?

 In the beginning of the development of Go in Thai should be very difficult, how was it begin  15 years ago?

二、                 當初在推廣的時侯，有些什麼樣的資源?運用了那些策略?

At that time, what kind of resources you had and you didn’t have, and what kinds of tactics you have  used?

三、                 在圍棋推廣的公關上的策略運用了那些?造成了那些的效果?

 I understand that PR is your specialty, how did you do with PR to make it happens? And what obvious effects it really made?

四、                 這十五年來有了那些具體的成果?

 During these years, we surely have some amazing achievements in Thai, can you explain or display some for us ?

五、                 曾經遇過什麼困難的阻礙?是如何克服的?

 There must be some difficulties that you have met, what were they ?  and how did you overcome?

六、                 在學校的圍棋推動上，是怎麼進行的?聽說有十三個學校有著圍棋課學分，是怎麼做到的?

About the Go development in schools and universities, I heard that there are 13 unis have Go credit points, how do you do that?

七、                 聽說在泰國，有六十四家企業會錄用有著段位證書的畢業生，請問是怎麼做到的?

And I heard also that there are 64 companies would like to use the students who has one dan license , it’s quiet impressive , how did you do that?

八、                 對於一個像您這樣的成功商業領袖，你認為要成為一個成功的領導者，需要貝備有那些重要的能力? 那些能力是圍棋可以幫助和培養的?

To be a successful businessman like you, what abilities or qualities  make  a good leader? And how can GO help to develop these abilities?

九、                 對於台灣的很多父母來說，圍棋只是一項才藝 而已，很多人隨便學一學，不喜歡就放棄了。您認為要從圍棋當中得到上面這些好處，最少要學幾年，或是至少要到多少棋力?

For many parents in Taiwan, Go is nothing more than a skill, or simply a game. If their kids don’t have fun, just give up, no big deal. Can you tell us about your opinion, if we want to get good benefit form Go, at least how many years we should spend, or what level should we achieve?

十、                 對台灣的圍棋產業有什麼樣的印象?

 What impressions or images you have about Taiwan or Taiwan’s Go industry?

十一、        未來在台灣方面，有那些預計的或是有興趣的合作計劃或是構想?

About Taiwan, do you have any future plans , ideas or interesting to cooperation whih ?

十二、        在這幾年的過程中，有那些最令人難忘的事? 還有最令人感動的事是那些?

 Can you tell us some unforgettable  or touched stories during these years when you help Mr.korsak ?

十三、        是什麼驅動你這十幾年來在這一塊努力澆灌不放棄?  因為從零開始，並不容易.
